This morning, a service was held and the flag was raised at Rushden War Memorial to mark the 40th Anniversary of the Falklands War and commemorate the service and sacrifice made by Britain's military and civilian populations.

Vandalism within our parks and open spaces
Yet another act of mindless vandalism within our parks and open spaces, this time at Harborough Way.
This type of mindless vandalism not only spoils the town, but also wastes our limited resources, thus impacting on future improvements in other parks.
