To qualify you must:
be a solvent business

2021 Play Equipment Overview
Last year, Rushden Town Council installed several new pieces of play equipment in our parks, including; a table tennis area and zip-wire in Spencer Park, plus a brand new toddlers play area in Melloway Park, which includes a seesaw, set of swings and a slide.
Throughout 2022, we will continue to enhance our play areas as part of our on-going Improvements Programme.

National Highways - A45 Chowns Mill - Night time lane closures
Monday to Friday next week (10 – 14 January) we'll be working nights (8pm to 5am) to carry out final planting around the Chowns Mill junction.
We'll also be installing a bollard on the new A6(N) splitter island and carrying out vegetation clearance on the footways to and from Chowns Mill.

Rushden 'Poppy Lady' Julie recognised in New Year Honours list
Huge congratulations to Rushden's Julie West, who has been awarded a British Empire Medal (BEM) for her commitment to selling poppies on behalf of the Royal British Legion Rushden Branch for more than six decades and helping to raise £380,000.

Rushden Town Council have been working with 'Off The Streets NN' - a local anti knife crime group, to help find suitable locations for several emergency bleed control kits that can be used to provide emergency aid to treat patients injured in a serious violent crime.

Road Closure - Grove Road, Rushden 12th - 14th January 2022

Anglian Water are intending on installing a new water connection on the above road. To undertake the work safely will require that the road is closed for up to three days from the 12th - 14th January 2022.
