Last year, we carried out the survey. Thanks to all those who took part. It provided valuable feedback which created actions, some of which we have listed below.

• Increase confidence that Highways England listens to and responds to concerns.

We regularly discuss any issues that are raised through our Public Liaison Officer and seen through monitoring social media. We've taken actions to address these and have summarised them in the monthly newsletters. We also carry out monthly independent drive-throughs of the scheme and we're now responding to customer concerns in around 3 days.

• Promote ways of contacting the schemeFeedback from the last survey indicated that you wanted better promotion of how to contact us. We've put the Highways England telephone number 00300 123 5000 on roadside signs and regularly publicised the Public Liaison Officer's direct telephone number 0333 0124 596.

• Increase the use of social media for regular updates

We've increased our [] social media visibility by engaging with our partners in town, county and parish councils who share our information through their websites and social media channels. This helps to reach to a wider audience on social media.
