Notice of Casual Vacancy in office of Councillor

Notice is hereby given

that due to the death of councillor Coling Wright, a vacancy now exists in the office of Councillor for Rushden Town Council.

If by Friday 13 May 2022 (14 days after the date of this notice excluding Saturdays, Sundays and bank holidays), a request for an election to fill the vacancy is made in writing to the Proper Officer, North Northamptonshire Council, Municipal Offices, Bowling Green Road, Kettering, Northants, NN15 7QX by TEN electors for the Parish, an election will be held to fill the vacancy. If no such request is received the Parish Council may fill the vacancy by co-option.

If an election is called, it will take place no later than Wednesday 20 July 2022.
