Past Mayor Presents Cheque to the Royal British Legion (Rushden) Branch

Past Mayor, Cllr Mrs Melanie Coleman, presented the Royal British Legion (Rushden) Branch with a cheque for £1,500.00, from monies raised during her Mayoral year.

Cllr Mrs Coleman raised a total of £6,412.80 for her chosen Charities during her Mayoral Year 2021 - 2022, with her main chosen Charities receiving the following;

- Royal British Legion (Rushden) Branch - £1,500.00

- Rowan Gate Primary School, Rushden - £1,500.00 for balance bikes

The following good causes were added throughout her Mayoral year;

- Falklands Veterans - £1,250.00

- RUSH 2The DEN - £700.00 for flooring

- It's My Life - £700.00 for outings

- Cransley Hospice - £762.80
