Rushden Consultation for the Neighbourhood Plan Update

As part of the Neighbourhood Plan Update, the Town Council are calling upon the community to nominate Local Green Spaces and Local Heritage Assets. Nominations will be reviewed and considered to become part of the Neighbourhood Plan Update.

A Neighbourhood Plan Update is a mechanism for helping communities, including both residents and businesses, influence the planning of the area in which they live and work. It can be used to:

• Develop a shared vision for the parish
• Propose where new development (homes, employment and retail) should be delivered
• Identify and protect important local green spaces and heritage assets
• Influence how new development should be designed

The consultation period is from the 24th of November 2022 to the 21st of December 2022.
