Rushden Town Council's Soap Box Derby 2024

On Sunday, Rushden Town Council hosted it's 10th Soap Box Derby at Hall Park and a spectacular day was enjoyed by all.

Lots of cheering and plenty of smiles pushed the carts along. Teams had pulled out all the stops to create ingenious designs, a far cry from the humble soap box on wheels.

We had the usual thrills and spills with karts hurtling down the hill at Hall Park to the finish line.

The champions were presented with splendid trophies generously supplied by King Tools of Rushden.

Congratulations to all who took part, and we hope everyone enjoyed themselves.
