Update from Anglian Water

Good afternoon,

We wanted to update you that work has now started on the repair of the sewer on Skew Bridge Lane at Rushden Lakes.

As mentioned yesterday, this is a complex repair and our team has detailed plans to ensure we both protect the environment and keep our people safe. As the excavation is deep, we've needed to close the footpath.

We're continuing to tanker wastewater from the sewer network to our nearby treatment works to ensure that we keep the sewers flowing and maintain customers' facilities.
