Join us to shape the future of Rushden!
You have the opportunity to provide your comments on the presented material until 5pm, 21st March 2025.
There are 3 online questionnaires:
- Neighbourhood Plan Update
- Rushden Neighbourhood Plan Update – Draft Policy Changes
- Draft Rushden Town Centre Design Code
Following this current consultation, there will be a further opportunity to provide your feedback when the Town Council holds its statutory (Regulation 14) consultation on the proposed Neighbourhood Plan Update (and Design Code) before submitting the plan to North Northamptonshire Council.
After submission, responsibility for taking the process forward lies with North Northamptonshire Council who will publicise the plan (Regulation 16) and arrange for the independent examination. This will consider whether the neighbourhood plan meets the basic conditions and other legal requirements
